Hello! I’m Gloria, a product designer at Unstructured Studio, where I create intuitive learning experiences for children.
I'm a designer who loves bringing together processes, research, and creativity to create impactful solutions. My journey started during my undergraduate years, where volunteering with Enactus sparked my interest in design. Our team built a digital platform to connect orphanages with donors, and I was amazed at how good design could improve user experiences and bring people together.
This passion led me to a software development program at Genesys, where I sharpened my skills in UX research and UI design. I learned to create user-centric products that not only function well but also resonate with people. Now, as a designer working in the open-source community, I'm dedicated to improving accessibility and crafting meaningful experiences for diverse users.
When I'm not designing, you can find me lost in a good book, grooving to afrobeats, or striving to become the world’s best bathroom singer. I've also recently picked up punch needle rug making, a hobby that lets me explore my creativity in a new and tactile way.
